EpSMon app – FAQ’s

Who is EpSMon for?

It’s for adults over the age of 18 with epilepsy, to help self-manage and assess epilepsy risks between medical appointments. The app is based on the SUDEP and Seizure Safety Checklist tool we created for clinicians.

I have epilepsy but I’m seizure-free.
Why would I need it?

Even if you’re seizure-free it’s important to still have an annual review with your GP / clinician and to continually monitor and review your epilepsy. Being aware of any potential changes to risk can help you stay seizure-free.
