How you can fundraise

My Way to 5k

My Way to 5k

Raise awareness, remember together

My Way to 5K is an annual event we’ve been running since 2020, which runs alongside SUDEP Action Day in October.

Walk, run, cycle, scoot, hike, climb; however you choose to complete your 5K is up to you. All we ask is that you share your photos and messages with us on social media, to let people know what you’re doing and why – to raise awareness of SUDEP and epilepsy risks.

Your 5K should take place on or around SUDEP Action Day. Fundraising / donating is optional.

If you would like to register for the event please email fundraising@sudep.org

Anyone can take part

You just have to complete a 5k distance however you wish. Whatever you do, you’ll be helping us save lives.

If you would like to register for the event but prefer not to pay the registration fee simply email us to register.

And remember…

Share your photos and updates via social media – we’ll be posting regularly about the event so just leave your updates in the comments or post and tag us in. We’d love to hear what you’re doing this year. Why not join our Facebook group?

Everyone who registers and takes part will receive a SUDEP Action keepsake after completing the challenge. This year it’s a keyring.

We look forward to finding out more about what you are doing for My Way to 5k!
